Indian Lake Estates Movers (referred to as “we”, “us”, “our”) is a professional moving company based in Indian Lake Estates, FL, providing moving services including local moving, long-distance moving, residential moving, commercial moving, and moving and storage solutions.
By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
We provide a range of moving services, including but not limited to:
The scope of services will be agreed upon at the time of booking and will be outlined in the service agreement provided to you.
Booking: To reserve our moving services, you must contact us in advance to provide necessary details, including the size of your move, the date, and your location. A booking is considered confirmed once we send you a confirmation email or message.
Payment: Payment for services is due upon completion of the move, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, checks, and cash. You are responsible for any additional charges incurred during the move, including delays, extra services requested, and unanticipated complications.
Non-refundable Deposits: In some cases, we may require a non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking, particularly for long-distance or large moves. This will be clearly stated during the booking process.
Estimates: We provide free estimates based on the information you provide about your move. Estimates are based on the size and complexity of the move and may be subject to change if additional services are requested or if the size of the move is underestimated.
Fees: Our rates are based on time, distance, and the type of services provided. Additional fees may apply for services such as packing, heavy items, stairs, or other special handling requirements. Our team will inform you of any additional fees before starting the move.

We are responsible for:
Insurance: We provide basic insurance coverage for your items during the move, which covers a set amount per pound of each item moved. If you require additional insurance, please notify us in advance, and we can arrange for additional coverage at an extra cost.
Liability: While we take every precaution to prevent damage to your items, we cannot be held liable for damages caused by inherent risks in moving, such as damage to fragile items that were not properly packed, or damages due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, traffic conditions, or accidents.
Claims: If damage occurs during the move, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion. Claims for damaged or lost items will be handled based on the terms of the insurance policy provided. Please refer to the service agreement for full details.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your move, please notify us as soon as possible.
Cancellations: If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled move, we will refund any deposit, minus any cancellation fees (if applicable). Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled move may incur a cancellation fee, which will be clearly outlined in the service agreement.
Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your move, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date, subject to availability.
We will make every effort to complete your move on time. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, traffic accidents, strikes, road closures, or other unforeseen events.
In the event of a delay, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to minimize any inconvenience.

We reserve the right to terminate services if:
If services are terminated, you will still be responsible for payment for services rendered up to that point.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate court located in Florida.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated terms will take effect immediately upon posting.
